What does Expedited Shipping mean?
Expedited Shipping is available at checkout if you’d like your order to arrive sooner than our standard free shipping. Expedited delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, with up to 3 business days for order processing. Please note: expedited orders cannot be canceled as they are processed and shipped immediately.
How long will delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 8–12 business days, depending on your location and external conditions. You’ll receive real-time tracking by email once your order ships. You can also track your delivery at any time through our website. Please be aware that global delays due to holidays, strikes, or logistics challenges may occasionally affect delivery timelines.
Who is your shipping carrier?
All Soulhy products are designed in California, USA. We ship from the closest warehouse with available inventory, and work with trusted partners like YExpress, a global logistics provider and Amazon partner.
What does shipping insurance cover?
We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout for $3.99 to protect your order if it’s lost in transit. While this insurance covers misplacement by the carrier, it does not apply to packages marked “delivered” but missing. If you’ve added shipping insurance, we’ll prioritize your case and ensure a quicker resolution. Please note: all refunds are issued as store credit.
What happens after I place my order?
We begin preparing your order within 3 business days. Once it ships, you’ll receive tracking info by email. You can also track your order status directly on our site.
What is your warranty policy?
All Soulhy products are backed by a lifetime warranty. If you ever need a replacement, we’ll provide one—up to two times per item—for a small fee of 30% cost of goods. Just email us at support@soulhy.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us with a photo and we’ll make it right. We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors; you’ll only need to cover a small exchange shipping fee. Refunds are issued as store credit. Our priority is to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We can modify orders within one hour of being placed. After that, we are unable to cancel or change them due to immediate processing. If you need help, email us at support@soulhy.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
What if I can’t find my delivery?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing, please contact us right away. We’ll do everything we can to help resolve the issue quickly.
