Are your products FDA approved or safe to use?

All Soulhy red light therapy devices are made with medical-grade LEDs, built to meet the highest standards in safety and effectiveness. Our devices are based on wavelengths and technologies widely used in clinical settings.

Where is my confirmation email?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email after placing your order, here’s what to do:

A) Check your spam or junk folder—it may have landed there.

B) Wait 20–30 minutes, as there may be a short delay.

What does Expedited Shipping mean?

If you select Expedited Shipping at checkout, your order will arrive faster than standard free shipping. It typically takes 5–8 business days, with up to 3 business days of processing. Please note that expedited orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are processed immediately.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery generally takes 8–12 business days, often sooner. All products are designed in California, USA, and shipped from the nearest available warehouse.

We partner with YExpress, a trusted Amazon logistics partner, to ensure smooth and reliable global delivery.

What is shipping insurance?

You can add optional shipping insurance at checkout for $3.99. This protects your package in the event it is lost in transit. It does not cover packages marked “delivered” but missing. If you’re insured, we’ll fast-track any resolution and get a replacement sent your way.

What happens after I order?

We begin processing your order within 3 business days. Once your item ships, you’ll receive tracking info by email. You can also track it directly on our website at any time.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to love your Soulhy product. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us with a photo so we can resolve it. Returns and exchanges are available for eligible items, and most returns are refunded as store credit under our warranty policy.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified within 1 hour of being placed. After that, they are processed automatically and cannot be canceled. Email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help: support@soulhy.com.

What if I can’t find my delivery?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, contact us immediately. We’ll help investigate and support you with next steps. If shipping insurance was purchased, we’ll expedite your resolution.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. Your order confirmation email includes a full invoice. If you need a copy, just reach out to our team.
